Fund Operations VP

About the Company:

1. Oversee and execute day-to-day operational activities, including transaction processing, cash management, reconciliation, performance reporting, and client servicing.
2. Establish and maintain a robust operational framework — including policies, controls, and standard operating procedures — to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
3. Implement sound operational risk management practices, encompassing ongoing monitoring, review mechanisms, and a well-structured internal controls environment.
4. Drive process optimization and operational scalability through workflow standardization and effective cross-functional coordination.
5. Lead the organization’s digital transformation of operations, including the implementation and continuous enhancement of internal and external systems and data governance frameworks.
6. Manage relationships with third-party service providers and external partners.
7. Partner closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to deliver seamless operational support aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, FRM) are preferred.
2. Over 10 years of progressive experience in operations, transaction processing, or financial services.
3. Strong command of end-to-end operational lifecycle management, including process setup, settlement, accounting, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and client reporting.
4. Demonstrated track record in operational framework design, process improvement, and internal control implementation.
5. Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, system implementation and enhancement projects, and data governance programs.
6. Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard order management or workflow platforms.
7. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
