Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients
• Assist with the daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth client interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and recommend process improvements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client-centric strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in using various software applications and digital tools to support administrative tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client inquiries and concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
