Job Description - Generalist, Client Services, SME Banking
Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities:
Assist team leader and relationship manager to handle:
New customer onboarding (borrowing and non-borrowing)
New credit application preparation including supporting document collection from customers; internal and external searches; all data input in bank system; and reply to credit queries raised by CRM. Ensure the new credit application is prepared in proper manner without error.
Annual credit review preparation including all data input, supporting document collection from customers; data input in different bank system; financial spreading; and reply to credit queries raised by CRM. Ensure the annual credit review completed on time.
Account performance monitoring and all related internal tasks including RFI follow up, trigger and periodic review, CDD follow up, covenants follow up.
Watchlist account monitoring including communication with watchlist account customers and update of account status. Follow up with watchlist accounts upgrade, downgrade and related internal tasks.
Daily account maintenance works including daily TOD, FD renewal, account maintenance requests from customers; daily loan disbursement and fund control record and follow up progress with different relevant supporting departments. Ensure all jobs are done properly before deadline
General clerical and administrative support to the Team.
All ad hoc projects (including but not limited to system projects) as requested by bank and as assigned by Team Leaders
Ensure compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Preferably Degree holder with major in Finance / Business related discipline
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience preferably in SME Banking with good credit sense
Ability to communicate with internal and external department
