We are seeking an experienced Global Air Ticketing Agent Industry Lead to drive the company's strategic positioning and business development in the international airline ticketing market. This role will focus on developing the air ticket agent and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform markets, integrating resources, building collaboration networks, and fostering the continued growth of the company's global aviation business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute global business development strategies for air ticket agents and OTA platforms.

- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, business models of ticketing agents and OTAs, and provide actionable insights and solutions.

- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with major international airlines, ticketing agents, and OTA platforms.

- Promote cross-regional business collaboration, expand into new markets, and acquire new clients.

- Lead the team to achieve business goals, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the airline ticketing/agency or OTA industry, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem.

- Client Network: Proven resources in international airlines, ticketing agents, or OTA platforms, with the ability to rapidly implement business initiatives.

- Expertise: Familiarity with global air ticket distribution systems (e.g., GDS, BSP, NDC), market analysis, business negotiation, and a strong understanding of global VA accounts and VCC operations.

- Language Skills: Fluent in English, capable of effective communication in an international business environment.

- Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication skills, and team leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous senior-level experience at an international OTA platform, ticketing agency, or airline.

- Proven success in business development in the Asia-Pacific, European, or Australasian markets.
