Global Customer Support Representative (Up to 20K, 5 days work, Double pay)

My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers via calls, emails and webchat in a timely and professional manner.
• Process quotation/order submitted by customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints on sales related issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate degree holder or above.
• 1 year of work experience in customer service is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
• Good at English and Chinese typing will be an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
