Global HR Director (HK$1-1.2m)

The Company

A PE-backed fast growing company with global presence is looking for a high-caliber Global Director of HR to lead and oversee the group HR functions.

The Role

• Report to CHRO and lead the Group's global HR and people strategy aligned with long‑term business objectives
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
• Drive HR and organizational transformation, including structure review, job architecture, and HR digitalization
• Oversee global HR governance, policies, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead senior‑level talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility
• Design and manage global performance management, compensation, and reward frameworks
• Manage HR budgeting, headcount planning, and manpower cost forecasting in partnership with Finance
• Handle complex employee relations matters and embed a strong, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience within multinational or global organizations
• Experience in driving regional reorg / migration / M&A would be a big plus
• Proven track record in global HR strategy formulation and large‑scale HR transformation
• Strong hands‑on expertise in organization design, job architecture, and market benchmarking
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance; regional/international exposure preferred
• Experience managing HR budgets, workforce cost control, and HR analytics
• Demonstrated capability in leading HRIS initiatives and cross‑functional projects

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; fluent English required
