Job Description - Global Market Sales - FX & Rates

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day sales activities covering a broad range of FICC products, including money-market instruments and deposits
Assist in client coverage, trade execution, and follow-ups, working closely with Relationship Managers on cross-selling and wallet-share growth
Provide support for new product initiatives, including project coordination, internal approvals, and documentation processes
Handle daily operational tasks, including trade booking support, confirmations, issue resolution, and coordination with middle and back office teams
Prepare, reconcile, and maintain daily P&L reports, management reports, and ad hoc sales analytics
Assist in the handling and administration of ISDA and GMRA documentation, liaising with legal, risk, and internal control functions
Support senior sales with market updates, client presentations, pricing analysis, and sales materials
Contribute to ongoing process improvement and automation initiatives, particularly relating to reporting and operational efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
Candidate with a few years of relevant experience of relevant experience in Global Markets, Treasury, or FICC-related roles
Fluent in English; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is acceptable, with basic Cantonese understanding required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear interest in a client-facing sales career
Excellent Excel skills are essential; VBA capability is a strong advantage
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a strong desire to learn financial markets, products, and client dynamics
