Global Markets, Structurer

Responsibility:

· Particulate in the structuring, pricing and execution of equity linked structured products and derivatives , prepare relevant legal documents.

· Follow the latest equity investment ideas and design relevant structures.

· Support the Structured Product team in developing tailor-made solutions and marketing materials for a diverse client base.

· Negotiate and execute business terms of GMRA/ISDA CSA/other legal agreements with counterparties.

· Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

· Collaborate with sales, trading, and research teams to gain insights and align structuring efforts with market conditions and client objectives.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields preferred.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience with leading financial institutions in the industry.

· Comprehensive knowledge in derivatives.

· Diligence, meticulous and positive work attitude.
