Our client is a regional leader in their industry and has built a recognised regional brand that is based on delivery of innovative leading edge technologies and on customer focused services.

With the commencement of a major 3 year business and IT transformation program in pursuit of excellence, they now require an experienced senior manager for IT Strategy and Architecture. This role will act as 2IC to the CIO. You will be responsible for the following:

• Plan the IT strategy roadmap in alignment with the organizational strategic direction and to ensure the organization’s technological architecture is operating effective and efficiently


• Lead the design of the enterprise Process, Data, Technology and Application Architecture


• Integrate the IT resources and manage the teams and vendors


• Direct IT strategy, policy and propose diversified technologies


• Bring the thought leadership across IT processes

You have minimum 15 years of experience in IT strategy and in IT management with extensive experience working on resource and platform integration. Your knowledge in technology and your ability to achieve the business objectives by leveraging on the technology is essential. You also know how to manage complex heterogeneous teams where resources are sourced from vendors, SI, contractors and employees along with off-shoring capabilities as well as mentoring and developing permanent employees. Your communication skills at all levels are exceptional. You are fluent in English and will have additional advantage if you know other Asian languages.
