Requirements:

• A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 / Grade C or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE / HKCEE, or equivalent
• At least 2 years' post-degree experience in administrative work
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Responsibilities :

• To provide administrative support to the implentation of the Programmes
• To assist in coordinating the services delivered in the NGO Collaboration
• To provide administrative support in the preparation and issuance of tender and quotations for the project
• To provide secretarial and administrative support in meetings
• To provide general administrative support to the project
• To assist in handling staff-related administrative matters
• To provide logistics and support for offsite training workshops and related activities
