Government Personal Secretary ($35,775)

Requirements:

• Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English in HKDSEE / HKCEE or equivalent
• At least 3 years' full-time work experience in working as Personal Secretary
• Chinese and English Word Processing speed of 30 wpm and 50 wpm respectively

Responsibility :

• To carry out secretarial duties involving managing meetings and maintaining up-to-date work schedules for the principal
• To line up and arrange meetings with senior executive worldwide in different sectors, Consulate Generals, Chambers and senior Government officials; to arrange team meetings, prepare meeting materials and register business events
• To consolidate various returns for the principal and collect draft opening remarks / speech from sector teams
• To prepare official entertainment applications and reimbursement of overseas duty visits and travel claims
• To undertake reception duties (e.g. handling internal and external calls and receiving visitors), handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and provide general office support; and
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
