Who We Are Looking For:

• • Background: A recent graduate with 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Education: A Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Core Drive: A genuine passion for financial markets and competition. No prior trading knowledge is required—we will teach you.
  • Technical Edge: Proficiency in Python or C++ is highly preferred.
