Graphic Designer

Location: Shenzhen & Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

• Creative Ideation and Execution: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, propose innovative design concepts, and transform ideas into practical, high-quality design works.
• Design Task Execution: Complete various graphic design assignments based on project needs, including but not limited to KVs, posters, product brochures, and retail POSM.
• Material Adaptation and Extension: Modify and extend existing graphic materials in response to business requirements, such as language adaptation, size adjustments, and changes to visual elements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to jointly complete design projects, ensuring project progress and quality.
• Competitor Research: Proactively study and analyze the visual communication of competitors and related products, applying these insights to improve daily design output.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Art, Visual Design, or related disciplines; 3-5 years of relevant experience in visual communication or design; fluent English is a plus.
• Professional Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other design software; strong artistic background and aesthetic sense.
• Learning Ability: Strong desire and capability to learn and master new design concepts and technologies quickly.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit for effective cooperation.
• Responsibility: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to deliver tasks on time and at high quality
