Graphic Designer

Chinese Recreation Club is one of the largest private clubs in Hong Kong with over 3,500 members. The Club provides sports, recreation, food and beverage, car park, and other facilities to its members.

We are now looking for high caliber candidates and professional to join our team.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating collateral to advance Club’s communication channels and help achieve various promotion objectives. The core duties include turning conceptual frameworks to various products, added with his/her own ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Produce day-to-day collateral, including online & offline marketing materials.
• Take and retouch photos for various occasions, including sports, food, and events.
• Provide advice on the development of campaign and action strategies.
• Coordinate designs and event logistics with vendors and joint partners.
• Create and maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure all marketing materials align with the brand
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into the final product

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of solid experience in graphic designs, private club and hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• A solid knowledge in photography, photo-editing, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and digital mediums.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Able to work independently with a self-driven and proactive attitude with an ability to adjust in fast-pacing and fast-changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
