We are expanding our presence in Hong Kong and seek a dynamic Growth Manager to lead our e-commerce and digital marketing efforts.

Position Overview

As the Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Australian team and lead the e-commerce and paid media team. This position requires a blend of business analysis and promotion planning on d2c business along with a deep understanding of digital marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop e-commerce strategies to increase traffic conversion and repeat purchase rate on our Shopify store and paid channels.
• Plan, implement and optimize promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Utilize knowledge of Meta and Google Ads to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with the Australian headquarters to ensure alignment on brand messaging and strategy.
• Lead the e-commerce and paid media team to achieve growth targets.
• Conduct business analysis, manage e-shop P&L, identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
• Co-ordinate and work closely with internal and external parties on all sales related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the beauty sector.
• Participate in ad hoc projects when required.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within beauty industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Expertise in paid media campaigns (Meta and Google Ads).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Passion for beauty products and a keen understanding of the market.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
