Harbour Plaza Metropolis, located adjacent to the MTR Station and Hong Kong Coliseum in Hung Hom, is only minutes away from Tsimshatsui. The Hotel boasts 820 contemporarily designed guest rooms and suites. Comprehensive facilities include six distinguished dining outlets, five versatile function rooms, an outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sauna, an Ayurveda spa center and a well-equipped gym. Job Descriptions:

• Represent the hotel management to offer on site assistances to all operation areas of the hotel whenever required in order to protect the interest of the hotel
• Ensure high standard of services being delivered to guests, especially for special VIPs, within the hotel
• Monitor guests comments and to ensure guests’ satisfaction
• Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Hotel Industry with 3 years at supervisory level
• Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
