Job Description - Guest Services Manager (Duty Manager) / Night Manager

Job Responsibilities 

  • Reporting to Front Office Manager, the position is responsible for the operation and performance of the Front Office Department and maintains the standard of services and provide overall supervision to Front Desk
  • Act as shift in-charge and handle guest complaint / request
  • To ensure complete customer satisfaction and profitability in all these areas as well as continuous development of sales
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction in room assignment and future rooms sales situation
  • To provide on-the-job training to new colleagues
  • To be familiarize with all rooms location, hotel facilities and services

Requirements 

  • Hotel school graduate with Higher Diploma or above is preferable
  • Minimum 6 years hotel related experience and preferable in Front Office
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Shift duty is required
