Guest Services Officer (5-Day Work Week)

Taking the job, you are required to:

• Responsible for checking in/out guests and arranging room change if deemed necessary
• Handling guests’ enquiries in a professional manner
• Handling foreign exchange for in-house guests and upselling to promote hotel services and facilities
• Ensuring frontline services in upmost standard and maintaining a good relationship with guests

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• Outgoing and pleasant personality, customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
