My client is seeking a strategic leader to join their team as the Head of Branch Operations at a prominent Retail & Wealth Bank in Hong Kong. This role demands a visionary individual who can drive operational excellence and shape the future of the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch operations, focusing on service quality and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and adherence to regulations.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation within branch operations.

Requirements:

• Cantonese is MANDATORY
• Extensive experience in retail banking operations, particularly within a branch environment.
• Proven record of leadership in operational management and process enhancement.
