Ability to formulate effective brand strategy based on market analysis, including brand positioning, brand communication and brand value enhancement strategy
A deep knowledge of marketing theory and understand all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media marketing, public relations strategies, etc…and able to execute brand strategy across different channels
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with our mission
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats. Define brand attributes, messaging, tone, and visual identity
Analyze and interpret market data, use data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly
Establish and monitor KPIs to track brand strategy effectiveness
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints
Manage brand reputation by addressing feedback and enhancing sentiment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless brand experience
Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
10+ years of brand management experience, preferably in a startup environment. Proven success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies.
Meticulously detail-oriented, yet with a holistic approach to the brand strategy and seeing things in a bigger picture.
A leader with great vision, sets direction, motivates and leads the team towards success.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Able to solve difficult problems with innovative and creative solution.
Highly motivated and result-oriented who thrived in a fast-paced environment.
