Job Description - Head of Business Control, Global Markets Department

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the coordination of new product or business development and formulate appropriate risk control policy and procedures to foster a safe and efficient environment for the Department
Work with middle and back office to identify potential risks and to establish efficient risk measurement and control mechanism
Evaluate procedure manuals to ensure that they always comply with the latest policies and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies and the Bank
Monitor daily operations to ensure that all guidelines, policies, regulations and controls are properly observed

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Economics, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience, 5 years at supervisory level is preferred
In-depth knowledge in treasury products and operation
Knowledge in treasury related systems such as Reuters, Bloomberg and Kondor+ preferable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team management skills
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese ( includes Putonghua)
