About Our Client

Our client is an global international bank who is now recruiting a Head of CIB Marketing. This is a senior leadership role, leading a team and working with senior business stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong CIB experience to take on this critical role.

Job Description

As the Head of CIB Marketing, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead the strategy development and execution of marketing plans for Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area region.
Provide strategic solutions to strengthen client retention, enhance relationships, and position the Bank competitively in the market.
Create thought leader strategy and work closely and develop key partnerships with media, key sponsorship platforms and business chambers etc.
Be responsible in monitoring activity results, ensuring ROI is measured and can provide a basis for informing future marketing decision making
Track and analyse competitors' marketing activities and present findings and recommend any strategic realignments required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of CIB Marketing should have:

At least 15 years of marketing leadership experience and a successful track record in CIB marketing.
Strong people leadership experience, ability to coach and motivate an experienced team.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
Must be fluent in English and Cantonese.
