Job Summary

Commercial Strategy and Planning is a key role responsible for shaping commercial strategic direction, including distribution, product, customer, and innovation, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execution of the CCO's vision by driving cross-market and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support CCO to develop and refine commercial strategic in alignment with organizational goals
Work closely with CCO and executive team to define corporate priorities and strategic initiatives
Lead strategic projects and drive cross-market and cross-functional collaboration to implement key initiatives
Oversee the implementation of commercial strategy and track performance
Foster relationships with external partners to support strategic objectives
Provide quality management support to CCO, including preparing material for meetings, reporting, budget and resource planning and other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years in strategy, consulting, business analysis project management or a related role in insurance industry
Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives
Strong data analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paces environment
