Your new role

• You will oversee the bank's data strategy, governance framework and management information systems.
• You will drive the enhancement of data quality, availability and reliability across the organisation.
• You will lead the development and delivery of data products, analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.
• You will partner with business and operations units to embed data as a strategic asset.
• You will identify new data sources and opportunities to generate business value through insights.
• You will expand analytical capabilities, research emerging technologies and support digital innovation.
• You will manage sourcing of external data to ensure quality, usability and cost efficiency.
• You will oversee statutory, management and forecasting reports for internal and head office requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 10 years' experience in data analytics, data management or related areas within banking or financial services
• Strong technical understanding of data governance, analytics frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Broad knowledge of banking products, operations and business processes
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
