Head of Dealing, Wealth Management

A regional investment bank is setting up a dealing team for its wealth management business, and looks for Head of Dealing.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise a dealing team, overseeing the execution of equities(Local and Global), futures, and options trades as a Responsible Officer (RO).
2. Monitor high-touch trades, such as CD orders and force liquidation, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
3. Oversee the trading platform and collaborate with the IT department to address system issues and enhance performance.
4. Handle incidents related to trading issues and resolve error trades efficiently.
5. Explore, grow, and drive different business opportunities with different BUs.
6. Initiate and lead improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Enhance and review internal operations on an ongoing basis to maintain competitiveness among industry competitors and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

1. US stock trading experience and upstream securities firm connection is a must
2. Pre and post trade monitoring and surveillance experience is needed.
3. Fluent in Chinese and English.
