Head of Deposit Products and Portfolio Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Deposit Products and Portfolio Management . Principal responsibilities:

• Develop and manage deposits products to deliver the strategic plan for retail deposits profitability and market share growth
• Manage balance sheet and transfer pricing matters to optimize portfolio return
• Lead and influence various stakeholders for implementing deposits business growth initiatives to meet customers' changing needs
• Develop robust tools and MI, concrete analytic insight to understand revenue dynamics and trend, proactively identify incremental new business potential by managing pricing/product packaging
• Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our deposits products and pricing are competitive and actively explore new business opportunities
• Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
• Monitor and manage products costs and control, ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulation
• Empower and drive the team development, mobility and capability to sustain a high performing workforce

Requirements:

University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications Excellent pricing, P&L, balance sheet management, transfer pricing and financial forecast skills and knowledge Understanding of deposits products management and retail digital payment Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth, change leader with excellent influencing skill Numerate individual, highly effective communicator across business lines at senior levels within the organization, with excellent interpersonal skills Able to navigate conflicting priorities Proficiency in both English and Chinese
