Head of Design (Fashion Retail)

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the team to develop and support the design functions 
• Analyze market trend and formulate strategies
• Identifying the market / style needs and formulate creative direction
• Support the product team to ensure the design is brand appropriate 
• Work closely with different departments on development of design and concept strategies 
• Co-ordinate with internal parties to work on projects.

Job requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Textile / Fashion Design 
• 10 years or more design experience in fashion industry
• Proficient in AI, Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator
• Creative with good design sense, digital focused and insight of fashion trends
• Detail-minded, strong communication and supervising skills 
• Good team player and leader who can communicate the design rationale 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
