A leading regional insurer is seeking a senior digital leader to drive end-to-end customer journey, digital growth, and data-led transformation across markets.

Your new role

Lead and execute a regional digital strategy to enhance online visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement across markets.
Drive AI-powered search optimisation and digital discovery across the full customer journey (search to conversion).
Leverage first-party data and analytics to deliver personalised, insight-driven digital experiences at scale.
Optimise website and app ecosystems to improve user experience, lead generation, and conversion performance.
Build and mentor high-performing digital teams while partnering cross-functionally to deliver integrated, customer-led initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

15+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within financial services or insurance with regional exposure.
Deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO/AIO, content strategy, and end-to-end digital journey optimisation.
Strong experience with digital data ecosystems (e.g., analytics tools, CDPs, marketing automation platforms).
Proven track record in developing and executing data-driven digital strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across complex, multi-market environments.

What you'll get in return

Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 120,000 to 130,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
