This person will look after the general HR & admin functions, design HR strategies for HK office, act as the key business partner to understand business needs, gaps, and goals, and provide HR advice, talent program, cultural development strategies for the leadership team.
Description
- Act as key HR business partner, working closely with Managing Director, to develop people strategies, change management directions, and talent management policies, aligning with business values and objectives
- Lead a team to operate full spectrum of HR and office administration functions, oversee end to end process including talent acquisition, remuneration & benefits, performance management, talent development, employee engagement in support of company strategy and priorities
- Be the strategic partner with senior management and provide consultative advice on talent management initiatives of high-potentials development and succession planning
- Work with different office counterparts on the implementation of change management projects
- Facilitate workshops on corporate value and culture change to ensure the vision and mission statements are delivered effectively across all levels of employees
- Supervise a wide range of office administration services, such as office renovation and relocation, floor planning, reviewing office policies etc.
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as required
