Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a HR supportive staff to handle all round HR duties, including HRBP, Shared services, New office start up, General HR operations, HR projects etc
  • Partner with the leadership team on functional business issues and organizational change, leading on planning specific HR strategies in order to meet business goals.
  • Assist and advise the department head with staffing, performance management, people development, succession planning and employee relations matters.
  • Handling HR projects, identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, on/off boarding, employee development, change management HR reports and projects etc
  • Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Lead and support various employee engagement activities, including but not limited to team building activities, awards amongst other staff engagement initiatives to drive company values
  • Providing advice to management on performance issue management; helping them strengthen their people leadership skills working to ensure robust and equitable outcomes
  • Responsible for strategy HR, such as people planning, organization development, implementing and engagement strategies etc.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed.
  • Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant HR engagement experience in Financial Services industry
  • Proven track record of being adaptable to manage a team and support the group
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR Business Partner/People Partner practices including organization design, talent strategy, performance management, change management, and executive relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
