Responsible for leading a HR supportive staff to handle all round HR duties, including HRBP, Shared services, New office start up, General HR operations, HR projects etc
Partner with the leadership team on functional business issues and organizational change, leading on planning specific HR strategies in order to meet business goals.
Assist and advise the department head with staffing, performance management, people development, succession planning and employee relations matters.
Handling HR projects, identify trends and opportunities in the market.
Overseeing the recruitment process, on/off boarding, employee development, change management HR reports and projects etc
Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
Lead and support various employee engagement activities, including but not limited to team building activities, awards amongst other staff engagement initiatives to drive company values
Providing advice to management on performance issue management; helping them strengthen their people leadership skills working to ensure robust and equitable outcomes
Responsible for strategy HR, such as people planning, organization development, implementing and engagement strategies etc.
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed.
Requirement:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 10 years of relevant HR engagement experience in Financial Services industry
Proven track record of being adaptable to manage a team and support the group
Demonstrated understanding of HR Business Partner/People Partner practices including organization design, talent strategy, performance management, change management, and executive relationship building
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
