Head of Institutional Sales

Responsibilities:

• Cover Institutional Clients (including fund houses, family offices, HNWs, Corporate and other institutional investors) in Greater China and nearby regions, establish strong, lasting client relationships
• Work with management team to establish business plan of various institutional business
• Provide solutions, including but not limited to bonds, Structured Note, Repo, and Cross-Border Solutions (QDII/QFII), to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams on close-chain projects and offer tailor-made services to clients
• Responsible for selling the firm’s research & corporate access products
• Take full responsibility for investor meetings, road shows, investment reviews, pitching materials, transaction updates
• To perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines from the top university or professional qualification of CFA, FRM holder
• Min. 5 years working experience in an institutional sales role within SFC or HKMA licensed corporations; RO is a definite advantage
• The candidate shall have existing client base, with the ambition to deepen these relationships and build new ones under budget pressure
• Strong knowledge of financial products
• Work in Hong Kong with some business travel expected
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
