Continuous enhancement of risk management and audit capabilities is a strategic priority for the group.

Your new role

• Leading a small team of 5 people, and acting as a key advisor on major technology initiatives, ensuring project risks and system control requirements are properly addressed.
• Support the Internal Audit Director in driving departmental priorities and overall audit planning.
• Develop and refresh the IT audit methodology to align with evolving digital risks and emerging technologies.
• Formulate the annual IT audit plan covering IT general controls, key applications, and technology-enabled processes.
• Oversee the execution of audits related to IT controls, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.
• Conduct targeted reviews and special investigative assignments when required.
• Prepare audit analyses and formal reports for senior executives and the Board Audit & Risk Committee.
• Ensure audit observations are clearly communicated and contribute to effective risk governance across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional credentials such as CISA or CISSP are essential; CIA, CPA or similar qualifications are beneficial.
• At least 15 years of relevant IT audit experience in a managerial capacity, ideally within a sizeable or multinational organisation.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
