Our client is seeking a dynamic professional to join the team in a strategic leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to influence key decisions, drive innovation, and lead transformative initiatives within the financial industry.

Your New Role

Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
Drive transformation initiatives to deliver innovative solutions.
Lead and manage the IT function, including infrastructure, IT security, and application teams.
Inspire and guide the IT team to achieve operational excellence and productivity.
Oversee IT budgeting and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

10+ years of IT leadership experience with strong hands-on expertise.
Proven track record of managing regional teams across APAC.
Strong background in system deployment and project management.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
