As a result of its commitment to the local community and its ongoing efforts to remain at the forefront of the lifestyle and entertainment industry, the company consolidated the Customer Marketing Department and is looking for a senior leader to lead and drive its digital marketing strategies across different digital channels, i.e. social media platforms, websites, mobile apps, etc.

- Evaluate and optimize the company's digital marketing and social media channels to create a more customer-centric approach
- Develop a cutting-edge social media, web, and app strategy that caters to the needs and behaviours of target audiences, especially Gen Y and Gen Z
- Determine the purposes, roles, and audience for each channel to create integrated and compelling user journeys
- Establish governance framework, guidelines, and processes to help business units use social media to reach their target audiences effectively
- Work with the Brand and editorial teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels and develop a comprehensive company-wide social media strategy
- Utilize domain expertise to create visually appealing and contemporary digital channels that attract, engage, and retain target audiences
- Strengthen relations with international and Mainland social media platforms to gather best practices and stay up-to-date on new platform features
- Manage day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement while maintaining the company's media agency relations
- Lead the team in charge of managing the company's digital and physical channel inventory, including LED screens and OOH spaces at event venues
- Plan and manage departmental budgets
skills & experiences required.
- Hold a degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or a related field
- Have more than 15 years of experience building and maintaining digital marketing channel ecosystems in complex organizations
- Experienced in developing social media strategies and governance frameworks/guidelines
- Knowledgeable about utilizing data and insights to inform digital channels setup and user journeys
- Skilled in stakeholder management and nurturing agency and platform relations
- Have experience in paid media planning and management
- Familiar with Facebook Business Manager (and similar), social media management tools, channel optimization, user experience/flow design
- Possess an understanding of user journey design and the impact it has on user experience
