Key Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with sales channels to support seamless business growth and innovative product development.

• Monitor KPIs and KRIs, delivering insightful reports that drive smart, data-backed decisions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, with strong exposure to complex, high-value policy administration.
• Proven expertise in managing Jumbo cases and MCV business portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance, and risk controls in policy servicing.
• Solid understanding of insurance law and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills for navigating non-standard challenges.
• Excellent communication in English (written & spoken) and fluent Mandarin.
• FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) or similar professional designation is highly preferred.
