Job Description - Head of Revenue Optimisation

We are hiring a key member of the global revenue optimisation team in our headquarter. This position will be responsible for leading a team focused on global pricing structures, hotels performance, pricing excellence, and partnering with marketing to ensure profitable campaigns, position works collaboratively with other disciplines to help lead the annual budget planning and corporate pricing process.


 


As our Head of Revenue Optimisation, we will rely you to:



  • Lead the commercial strategy as a business partner of the Sales, Marketing and Brand teams, and to build a culture to drive and optimize profitability and market share across all hotels worldwide

  • Maintain global pricing standards for all segments and ensure compliance and effectiveness of standards

  • Assist with clarity on risk and opportunity across portfolio and help mobilize central resources when needed

  • Partner with marketing to ensure all promotions have clear metrics for success and are measured for effectiveness

  • Help lead annual budgeting and corporate pricing processes

  • Assist regions with root cause diagnostics to quickly determine cause of poor performance.




We are looking for someone who has/is:



  • Bachelor degree in business, economics, marketing or strategy.

  • Minimum of 15 years’ revenue management experience at regional & corporate level, with good understanding of Asian culture  

  • Previous experience in driving commercial strategies with focus on pricing, distribution and inventory optimisation inside or outside hospitality industry.

  • Excellent business, organisational and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into understandable and actionable information.

  • Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams around priorities and drive execution

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to define, scope and lead projects from start to complete

  • Good command of Chinese and English both in written and verbally.

  • Work in agile, fast-paced environment and highly collaborative.
