Head of SME Banking Products

Job Responsiblies: 

• 负责PAOB跨境SME业务线的平台建设，包括但不限于合作方对接、信贷流程及其余配套流程
• 对负责产品的实施与交付负责，撰写PRD，协调业务及IT团队牵头整体交付
• 深入了解同业情况、客戶群體管理服務等业务模式、监管要求、内外合作模式等，负责平台的流程、体验及效率的持续建设优化
• 配合业务团队进行前置的外部合作沟通、业务/产品方案设计
• Responsible for the platform construction of PAOB's cross-border SME business line, including but not limited to partner docking, credit processes, and other supporting processes
• Responsible for the implementation and delivery of products, writing PRD, coordinating with business and IT teams to lead the overall delivery
• Deeply understand the industry situation, business models, regulatory requirements, internal and external cooperation models, etc., responsible for the continuous construction and optimization of the platform's processes, experiences, and efficiency
• Collaborate with the business team to facilitate external communication and design business/product solutions

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree holder or above;
• More than 8 years of related experience, responsible for the financial sector of bank/credit apps or cross-border e-commerce platforms
• Experience is required in designing cross-border financial products, including B2B supply chain financing and B2C data lending business models, product design, business process design, etc
• Experience in developing and operating digital banking or mobile app services, including account opening, deposit services, payment solutions, and related product development, launch, and operation
• Experience in trade fianance product will be an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication, coordination, project management, and problem-solving skills with experience in projects from 0 to 1
• Chinese and English reading and writing, Cantonese proficiency is preferred
