Head of Test Development - Jianying

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality assurance of ByteDance's Jianying business, and related products involve 4 major terminal forms (mobile/Web/PC/Pad) 2. Establish and improve the quality assurance system, and continuously improve the engineering quality, user experience and security risks of the business 3. Maintain technical and business curiosity, and be curious about image, video, cross-terminal, AIGC and other technologies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, 5 years or more of Internet work experience 2. Familiar with test process and test case design method, experience in building a complete quality assurance system is preferred 3. Familiar with quality technology on any end of iOS/Android/Web/PC/Server, familiar with one of the development languages such as Python/Go/JS/Java/Swift 4. Have strong problem location, risk identification and promotion capabilities, and be able to promote and coordinate various roles to properly solve problems 5. Be passionate about the mobile Internet industry, have a sense of innovation and user awareness, and have a strong sense of responsibility for product quality. Bonus points: Priority is given to those with experience in Web, internationalization, commercialization, and toB.
