Head of Trading Digital Assets | RO7 License Required

We are seeking an
experienced Head of Trading to lead and expand a dynamic digital assets
trading desk. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, a
strategic mindset, and a proven track record in trading. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for overseeing trading strategies, risk management, and
optimizing market opportunities.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trading strategies for digital assets, ensuring
  profitability and risk mitigation.
  
• Oversee trading operations, manage liquidity, and enhance execution
  efficiency.
  
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive
  landscape to refine trading approaches.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of traders, fostering innovation and
  analytical excellence.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including maintaining
  the RO7 license requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize market-making and
  investment strategies.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in trading (traditional
  finance or digital assets).
  
• Proven expertise in market structure, derivatives, and liquidity
  management.
  
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in
  algorithmic trading.
  
• Must possess RO7 license and deep knowledge of regulatory
  requirements in Hong Kong.
  
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing
  high-performance trading teams.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a
  fast-paced environment.
