Head of Trading Products (FX Trading, Fintech Firm, 80K, Perm)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project life cycle for trading products and trading platform, an FX/CFD brokerage with a diverse geography and customer profile.
• Work on business analytics to predict the customer preferences, the trends o trading and the profitability of existing and planned trading products on different trading platform.
• Undergo product review and assessment, internal communications for the products and platforms.
• Work alongside business decision maker, operations team, risk management team, IT development team, liquidity providers, and technology vendors to develop, organize, implement and monitor the progress of product launch with tight deadlines.
• Ensure products are in full compliance with the regulators.
• Coordinate with liquidities provider, internal and external solution providers to develop, and enhance methodologies to properly handle trading risk exposure of the products.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of developing profitable trading products and providing visions on enriching the product range on trading platforms
• Experiences of working in related roles, e.g. that of dealing desk, or business development, whilst extensively involved in FX/CFD derivative product developments, or deeply collaborated with development team are also welcomed.
• Understand the A-Zs of how a trading platform of an FX/CFD broker operates is a MUST, especially the trading products offered, and demonstrate a grasp of
• latest industry trends.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, analytical abilities and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English, Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese Chinese is a plus.
