Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervises a team of sales to provide professional wealth management services to high-net-worth clients.
2. Formulate and implement business development plans to grow client base, AUM, and revenue.
3. Perform sales management functions such as training, motivation, and performance appraisals.
4. Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
5. Maintain client relationships and handle complaints when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Hold SFC Type1 and Type 4 licenses (Type 9 is an advantage).
2. 5–7 years of experience in retail banking, private banking or securities firms, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
3. Familiar with a wide range of investment products, especially equities and (structured products will be advanced).
4. Fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese
5. Proven sales track record, stable career history, and strong leadership skills to motivate team members.
