Job Description - Headwaiter / Headwaitress - Palm Court

Job Summary

.

Our Headwaiter / Headwaitress in Food & Beverage Department ensure refined service is delivered to 5-star hotel standards, who are expected to:

  • Supervise & deliver a delightful dining experience to our guests & create memorable moments in Palm Court;
  • Provide seamless service with guests to 5-star hotel standards;
  • Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge;
  • Maintain high cleanliness level in the dining venues and ensure the dining tables are detailed.
    • Requirement .

  • Minimum 5 years relevant F&B experience
  • Willing to work and learn in a English and Mandarin speaking competitive environment
  • Dedicated to provide high quality service to guests
  • Enjoy engaging with guest from all around the world
  • Outgoing with customer oriented personality
  • Fluent command in English and Mandarin

    • *Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Headwaiter/ Headwaitress.
