Swing Consulting Limited is an IT consulting firm, we provide wide range of IT solution to our customer including software development, IT infrastructure, Network deployment etc. For company development, we are looking for high caliber candidates with matching background and expertise to respond to current opening for the following position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with vendor to delivery PC devices to users and answer user enquires about computer log-in issue and general inquiries.
- Responding remote project operation support.
- The primary responsibility is to conduct frontline support needs via telephone and email and give initial support to users.
- Provide day-to-day PC administration, Office365, Outlook and desktop services.
- Provide problem analysis/ fixing, answering hotlines and services request.
- Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
- One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable.
- Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
- Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft applications & account admin.
- Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
