Your new company

A leading insurer is looking for a Senior Manager to strengthen its Financial Crime Compliance function, focusing on AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC, and High-Net-Worth customer risks.

Your new role

Develop and maintain AML/CTF, sanctions, and ABC control frameworks
Review escalated high-risk cases and support EDD investigations.
Provide FCC advisory to business units, including HNW distribution channels
Handle suspicious transaction escalations and regulatory reporting
Oversee name screening and transaction monitoring activities
Lead FCC-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements
Update policies, procedures, and deliver FCC training to business teams
Prepare FCC reporting for management and regulatory reviews

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related disciplines
8+ years of AML / sanctions / FCC experience in financial services
Exposure to High Net Worth business preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office; data analytics experience a plus
Excellent command of English and Chinese
