HNW Financial Crime Compliance Senior Manager, Insurance

A leading insurer is looking for a Senior Manager to strengthen its Financial Crime Compliance function, focusing on AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC, and High‑Net‑Worth customer risks.

Your new role

• Develop and maintain AML/CTF, sanctions, and ABC control frameworks
  
• Review escalated high‑risk cases and support EDD investigations.
  
• Provide FCC advisory to business units, including HNW distribution channels
  
• Handle suspicious transaction escalations and regulatory reporting
  
• Oversee name screening and transaction monitoring activities
  
• Lead FCC‑related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements
  
• Update policies, procedures, and deliver FCC training to business teams
  
• Prepare FCC reporting for management and regulatory reviews
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related disciplines
  
• 8+ years of AML / sanctions / FCC experience in financial services
  
• Exposure to High Net Worth business preferred
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; data analytics experience a plus
  
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
