About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Repo broker to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. You will play a crucial role in the intermediation of repo transactions exclusively between banks and institutional authorized counterparties on a wholesale interbank basis.

What you'll be doing

• Executing and negotiating repurchase agreements on behalf of clients
• Monitoring market conditions and providing real-time updates to clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
• Providing expert guidance and advice to clients on trading strategies and market trends
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless trade execution and client support
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience as a broker or trader in the banking and financial services industry
• Proven track record of successful trade execution and client relationship management
• In-depth knowledge of products, trading regulations and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
