A prestigious US law firm is seeking an experienced Capital Markets Lawyer to join its team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in handling IPOs in the Hong Kong market and have solid listing rules knowledge.

Candidates should be Hong Kong qualified and have gained experience at other US/UK or PRC law firms.

Fluent Mandarin and English essential.
