Hong Kong / Singapore / Crypto Trading / Tier One Digital Asset Platform

The role:

A leading global digital asset platform is expanding its APAC trading business and is looking to hire an experienced Derivatives Trader to join its high-performing trading team in Hong Kong or Singapore.

This is a front-office trading role focused on crypto derivatives markets, working across options, futures and perpetual products within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The team is looking for a commercially minded trader with strong market intuition, quantitative thinking and the ability to operate independently in live trading environments.

Key requirements:

1. Experience trading derivatives products including options, futures or perpetuals
2. Background within crypto trading, proprietary trading, market making or electronic trading environments preferred
3. Strong understanding of risk management, market microstructure and trading strategies
4. Ability to take ownership and contribute directly to trading performance
5. Prior buyside or exchange experience is advantageous
6. Candidates with flow trading backgrounds may also be considered
7. Strong quantitative mindset preferred; not purely execution-focused
