Job Description - HQ Demo - Don't Touch Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities



  • Promote and sell assigned medical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.

  • Conduct regular client visits to demonstrate product features, provide samples, and deliver product presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.

  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies and product positioning.

  • Attend medical conferences, trainings, and product workshops as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasting reports.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company policies.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry operations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
