Job Description - HR & Admin Manager (Retail experience is highly preferred)

A leading beauty group is currently seeking an HR & Admin Manager to join our team.

 

Job Description:

  • Lead and responsible for full spectrum of human resources and administration support, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll processing, performance appraisal, staff attendance and leave management;
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Monitor and manage all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely delivery of payroll services;
  • Monitor and manage MPF administration, Form 56B/ 56F filing and leave calculation etc.
  • Review and formulation of HR and Administration policies & procedures to align with Group governance requirements;
  • Be Familiar with POS systems and prepare analysis, reports for CEO from time to time;
  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administration, including office & shop services, repair & maintenance & insurance, etc
  • Support company activities and meetings;
  • Coordinate with external vendors for helpdesk or system support to smooth office & beauty centers operations;
  • Establish & maintain an efficient administrative system;
  • Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned;

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Administration Management or relevant discipline;
  • Minimum 10 years experience in full spectrum of HR work experience with 5 years in managerial position; preferably gained with sizeable organizations;
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Solid experience in handling administration and operation duties;
  • Well understanding in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
  • Detail-minded with good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented;
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
